Our tasks

The tasks of the Human Resources Department, as set out in the 2003-2007 strategic plan, particularly deal with :

- developing managerial skills ans practices, together with the corresponding training requirements : defining the roles and objectives of each manager, project leader, head of departement and director; training in management techniques ;

- developing the institute's mobility policy for its research, engeneering , technical and administrative staff, notably regarding temporary and permanent positions outside the institute ;

- establishing an efficient means of maintaining contact with former INRIA employees ;

- projected management of positions and skills; implementing a training policy based around INRIA's scientific policy, the evolution of the professional activities involved, and organizational evolution.
