Exploratory Actions
-----------------------

The aim of the Exploratory Actions Program is to encourage the emergence of new research subjects with obvious exploratory nature, and certain risk, that break with traditional subjects and approaches.

The Exploratory Actions Program mobilize resources around a proposal of our researchers in order to test its significance. These are research actions that do not naturally come under the scientific project of an existing INRIA project team. A limited number of actions will be started.

By way of example, an exploratory action can allow a researcher to further develop a subject, to seek appropriate collaborators, or to consolidate a proposal on an innovative subject before creating an INRIA project team.
