INRIA is an important partner in this network due to the fact that
its personnel has been directly implicated in the creation, organization
and monitoring of various commissions and executive offices. Its ties
are further strengthened by the large quantity of submissions to these
programs and the success of the propositions presented in close partnership
with both large and small compagnies.
National Network of Research and Communications - RNRT
Created in 1997 by the MENRT, the MEFI, the RNRT
regroups the different fields of national expertise into its sector,
(public laboratories, large groups, small businesses). Its aim is to
guide public research efforts by supporting cooperative research projects
implicating industry.
National Network of Research and Innovation in Technological Software
- RNTL
Created in january of 2000 by the MENRT and the MEFI, the RNTL
's mission is to forecast technological crises susceptible to occur
in the field of developing software so as to optimize a response on
the part of the French actors in that sector of industry. It favors
cooperation between R&D teams in industry and public research in the
field of software technology.
Research et Innovation Program in Audiovisuel and MultiMedia - RIAM
Riam s a pilot program of the
Department of Industry (MEFI) and The National Center for Cinematography
(CNC). Its goal is :
- to induce cooperative efforts and transfers of technology between
public research laboratories and compagnies in cinematographic creation,
audiovisual and multimedia fields,
- to favor the evolution of materials for creation and publication
in France as they apply to the development of numerical economy,
- to cooperate in the establishment of experimentation that evaluates
the gains that technologies offer to the field of production and distribution.
National Network of Health Technologies - RNTS
The RNTS
was created in May of 2000 by MENRT and the National Secretary of Industry.
Its goal is to control and trigger the innovation in the field of health
technology, and to improve the efficiency of the health industry. It
favors the cooperation between manufacturers, researchers and clinicians.
